The Power of Music in Missions

Indonesia was the location of MIWC’s first project in 1989. This is a complex and often confusing country, containing a wide mix of ethnic groups, languages, and cultural and religious traditions, spread across nearly 14,000 islands.

The situation is extremely difficult for Christians, who face extreme persecution. Some tribal areas of Christians have been completely destroyed. Others survive under harsh conditions.
